To transfer files from the computer to a phone, connect the phone to the computer with a USB cable. Run the program "Eligible Phone" on the computer. It is recommended that you use Windows Explorer to do the transfer, as Windows does not recognize some of the drive symbols seen on the drive connected to the computer.
