Unzip X - File Managers & Tools

Unzip X is a freeware program for Windows that lets you easily and quickly open and decompress zip files. Its basic interface is easy to use, and it has many useful options. You can choose to view the contents of a zip file, rename it, or skip it entirely. There is no editor or preview feature available for unzipping files, so you may not be able to make changes in this mode.
The -c option lets you specify the location where the extracted files should be saved. It also provides an '-d' option to override this filter. This option allows you to rename any existing file after unzipping. In this way, you can rename the file that you're working on. This command will overwrite any previously extracted copies of the file. This is useful if you are working on a particular project and want to keep it a private one.
The -c option enables you to extract the zipped file to another location, outside the current extraction root folder. You can use the -c option to extract older archives. The -9 option disables the standard output. The -u option enables you to write to multiple directories in the current folder, but not the root. These are useful options if you want to keep files separated in the future. You should use these options if you intend to use different filenames for each type of archive.
