Mad Race is a very casual PC game formerly known as Turbo Mad. This arcade styled platform game was made by Popcap Games and is now available through the Gametop downloadable service. It was released in May of 2021 and is still one of the most downloaded free games online today. The game involves a high speed racer who races against others within a race track which changes each time the player presses the shift button. If you are fast enough, you will win the race and move on to the next level.
This game has a number of cheats and upgrades that make playing the game much more difficult than it actually is. The best way to beat the game is to conserve all your lives and not use any up energy packs during play. Once you start using up energy packs, the game will slow down considerably as you need to recharge your battery. If you find yourself out of energy before the race begins, your car will break down and you will have to restart. There are several other minor issues with the game but they are easily fixed.
Overall, Mad Race is an enjoyable game. It's not the greatest game on the planet but it does have its moments of brilliance. If you enjoy the adrenaline-packed action, this game provides that in spades. Playing the game online is fast and easy. All you really need is to be able to find a computer with an Internet connection and you'll be ready to start playing Mad Race within minutes. If you like driving games that are challenging, then this one is for you.
