Sidelinesoft Windows is an ideal circuit simulator for generating digital output from a computer-generated model of an electrical circuit. Sidelinesoft Windows was developed by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPI) with the intent of helping students to develop homemade electronics for their own applications in the field. The program comes with over 250 patterns for different circuits including light-wave detectors and microphones. Another useful feature is the ability to easily upload and save circuit designs onto a microSD card.

The ideal circuit simulator allows users to build electric circuits with different inputs and outputs and compile them for testing or prototyping.
