O&O Lanytix is compatible with Windows 10 and detects the full details of all network-connected devices, including the respective IP and MAC addresses. The app’s ‘Scan History’ function allows it to pick up newly added devices, so you can easily confirm successful new additions and detect any devices that shouldn’t be on your network. If you need an even more professional program, consider an alternative like Network Monitor, which is a more complete diagnostic tool.
