This puzzle game, published by Zin Games, introduces Huggy Wuggy, not as a mean-spirited and terrifying antagonist but as the main protagonist. Play through more than 60 levels of intense sticky physics puzzles and experience Huggy’s signature jump scares. 

Unlike other Huggy Wuggy-themed Android games, Huggy Stretch Game isn’t an attempt to bring Poppy Playtime to Android. This is a pure mobile puzzle game similar to Steppy Pants and Daddy Long Legs. Engaging

Huggy Stretch Game presents a real challenge on some levels, with others being too easy. But no matter whether you stumble and fail, or whether you get Huggy to bare his massive teeth, the adorable animation style and increasing levels of difficulty will keep you entertained.

It’s always ideal to play Android games that are well made. Huggy Stretch Game is the extraordinary culmination of attention to detail, a user-focused approach to app development and time spent working out kinks and bugs. The graphics are smooth even on low-end devices, while the visual environment is vibrant and colourful without being over the top. 

Gameplay

With only so many new levels in each update, the game can feel a little stale once you’ve played it through. Huggy Stretch Game should be praised for its simplicity, but that may be where its downfall lies. There is no depth to the game, and after a while, users may become bored with the levels. 

The game itself is relatively simple. Move each of Huggy’s sticky hands to various places on the course, avoiding obstacles and collecting pickups as you go. Knives pop bubbles, keys open locks and cannons shatter barriers. Additionally, be careful of lava and don’t get too close when the cannon goes off. 

A brilliant Android puzzle game

In a world populated by cheap knock-offs of the latest Steam games and other prominent titles, it’s refreshing to see a simple, well-made Android game that will entertain users with its take on Huggy Wuggy. 

Huggy Stretch Game is an excellent game to have around if you have some time to kill or need a chuckle. Hopefully, future updates will increase not only the availability of levels but also the depth and functionality of the game, providing users with more substance with which to interact.
