Downloading the Windows version of Minecraft X-Ray should not be too much of a problem. Simply follow these instructions. Downloading the game is quite easy. Just go to the main page of the site, and just follow the instructions.
Download the Minecraft X-Ray texture pack. This is a small program whose main purpose is to help in locating valuable resources and ores inside a Minecraft environment. This branch is inspired by the work done by plusminus in the Minecraft forums. Once downloaded simply drag & drop the MCPE into your main profile folder (for windows) or into your mcp folder (for macs).
Enjoy playing the latest version of the game, version 1.5, also available for those who pre-order the game. As I said before, this feature was not available when the beta versions were released. I am looking forward to the day when this feature is added to the Minecraft beta. The biggest Thanks to Microsoft for finally giving the community what it has been wanting - an improved version of the game with Microsoft Play - which will feature an improved player interface, highlighting of chunks and even possibly a mini game as an extra.
