Free alternative to Window Run box
Nenad Hrg has developed the free Run-Command, which is compatible with Windows 7 through 10. Download the multilingual software in English, Greek, French and multiple other languages.
This small, portable utility offers an alternative to the Windows Run dialogue box. The software improves on the standard with extra functionality. It requires no installation and runs from your desktop. Other useful utilities are Unlocker to unlock locked files or Teracopy for fast copying of files.
To use the command-line in Windows, you’ll need to search for Run from the Search Bar or type Win + R. Windows pops up the Run dialogue box where you type in your command-line or select previous commands from the dropdown list. Then, select ‘OK’, ‘Cancel’ or browse for files in File Explorer.
