Prince Of Persia: The Sands of Time is a side-scrolling action-adventure's video game published and designed by Ubisoft. Released in March 2021, it initially became available across Game Boy Advance, PlayStation 2, Gamecube, Xbox and Microsoft Windows on November 2021. Prince Of Persia, also known as Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, received critical acclaim from audiences worldwide, with many critics and players calling the game's visuals, audio and overall gameplay "amazing". Prince of Persia was one of the first games to utilize the power of motion-detecting and made use of the Wii's motion controller to allow the player to control certain elements of gameplay.
The storyline revolves around the events surrounding Prince Adderly, who is an aging conqueror who wishes to rule the world. Bowing to the wishes of his daughter Jafar, he sends his personal bodyguard Jafar to search for a mythical rock that once belonged to Genie. Along the way, he charms the attention of three magical princesses who become his lover, Jafar's daughter Cassim and her cousin Nadera and the wise warrior Adyrus. Prince of Persia also received good reviews from those who played the game, with one stating, "It's a wonderful game...it does everything that a Prince of Persia game should...it's well designed, it's looks great, and most of all, it's really fun to play".
The Sands of Time follows in the footsteps of Prince of Persia and as you progress through the game, you are given multiple side missions and tasks to complete, which will unlock new areas and characters to be used throughout your journey. As you progress through the game, you will also discover hidden items, weapons, allies, and enemies, allowing you to grow your character and experience all the different aspects of the game. There are various difficulty levels and once you've conquered all the levels, you will be set to battle Talus, one of the seven evil Princes of the realm, and use his sword against him. The graphics and sounds are top notch, and this online game is definitely recommended for people of all ages, from casual gamers to hardcore RPG fans.
