The new technology by which businesses and organizations can now share a variety of office documents has come to be called PosteRazor. This new software from Adobe contains various new features that have made it a great choice among business and educational institutions. The PosteRazor system is used for a wide variety of purposes by different people and organizations. These are the document management tools that help companies manage their large number of files.
A large poster can be created by printing out a high-resolution photograph or drawing. After the photo has been edited by cropping and enhancing the picture, it can be transformed into a PosteRazor document which contains all the original characteristics and attributes of the large poster but in a highly editable format, suitable for any business. The PosteRazor then takes an existing raster photo and transforms it into a highly editable bitmap image, which is ready to be used by other software programs.
Once the original photo has been transformed into a post-reduction PDF file, the converted document is sent to one's desktop, laptop or USB flash drive to be edited. Depending on the needs of the organization, the original poster may need to be resized or the background color might need to be changed. The final poster, after being edited through Adobe Acrobat, can then be delivered to multiple clients without having to create new copies. The Adobe PosteRazor solution allows organizations to save their large posters in any of their formats, including PICT, PDF, JPEG and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint) files. The final poster is then ready to be used by the organization in meetings, seminars or conferences.
