MidiPiano For Windows

MidiPiano is a great new keyboard synthesizer that allows you to practically play this instrument with your own computer and quickly record the resultant sound in a MIDI file which can then be played back using any suitable audio editing software program. Each key on the keyboard is physically equivalent to a corresponding piano key, but in order to create different musical sounds you will need to use a wide variety of them. Each note is usually assigned a midi note value, which can be changed by velocity, pitch bend, envelope control and other parameters. If you need to change the midi note value for a certain key on a keyboard then just click the appropriate shortcut key or control key and the note will be changed. There are some examples of common midi notes that commonly used in keyboards: B flat, C note, D major, E minor, F major, G major, A natural, B natural, E natural, A natural, G natural, A# natural, C# natural, D# natural, E natural, A minor, G major, A minor.
MidiPiano comes in both a freeware and shareware version and works perfectly fine with all versions of Windows. Although the freeware version only works with Windows operating systems, the shareware version works with all versions including Vista, XP and even Mac OS X. If you plan on using MidiPiano with your regular Windows computer then there really is no need to download the shareware version as it works just as well as the full version but without the need to install it on your computer first. You may however find that some users report problems running MidiPiano on Mac OS X because of the way MidiPiano emulates hardware devices such as keyboards and speakers and in such cases the user may need to make sure they have the necessary hardware installed on their computer in order to run MidiPiano properly.
One important consideration to remember when using midi instruments or keyboards with Windows is that if you happen to format your Windows PC then the saved data will be lost. The good news is that the software has built in protections to ensure that no data is lost when this happens. To restore the data you can download midi Editor program from the net and follow the on screen instructions. However, if you are not comfortable making such changes to your system then it is recommended that you use midi files created with midi2ptune software as these midi files have been designed especially for Windows and are therefore safe to format your computer with.
