The Vs Tord - Friday Night Funkin' Mod is a mod to the original popular music game Friday Night Funkin'. It provides you with one of the weekly webtoon challengers you need to defeat. This free download video game utility features an antagonist from the comedy web series Eddsworld and adds two new songs for you to master.
In this mod, you immediately start the battle against the new enemy without any cutscenes explaining his connection to the canon story. Unlike other character mods like VS Tabi Ex Boyfriend and Hatsune Miku, Vs. Tord does not offer a storyline.
About the game
You play the protagonist, Boyfriend, a daring guy who is smitten with Girlfriend. In the original Friday Night Funkin', you fend off enemies obstructing your date with Girlfriend. You fend them off using the power of rap battles. You must hit arrows in different places to achieve a high score or survive the round.
New mods are added weekly, and each mod brings new songs and features to the base game. One of these mods is Vs. Tord. Tord is the character from Eddsworld, and this mod was created to celebrate Eddsworld. Vs. Tord brings two new songs. There is no narrative explanation for the crossover, but this makes no difference to the new enemy and the challenge he sets for Boyfriend. The second song is one of the fastest songs in the mod series with an almost impossible beat. The two songs are loud and dynamic and will test your hearing and rhythm.
The character designs and songs themselves make this a solid mod, especially if you want to break away from the vanilla game.
About Tord
Tord is a relatively quiet but dangerous adversary. He is somewhat sadistic and loves perversion, destruction and guns. Anger flows through his veins, and he will do whatever it takes to destroy Boyfriend. He aims to embarrass and defeat Boyfriend in front of the ever-watching Girlfriend.
