MoCreatures Mod For Minecraft - Does it Work?
Screenshots
It's been almost two months since I've first seen MoCreatures Mod for Minecraft and it has made my whole day. As someone who has just started playing with the game, I really didn't know what to expect from MoCreatures. But after using it for a while and discovering all the little tweaks that make everything so much more enjoyable, I'm not surprised that I've been hooked on it ever since. Now if you have been a Minecraft fan for any length of time you'll know that the whole mod thing isn't something to get completely excited about because after all, it's still a video game! But I love it because MoCreatures takes the idea that this game is about mining and Stone Age style stuff and spits it out into a fun and creative world that doesn't feel like a "mod" at all.I have to tell you, when I initially downloaded MoCreatures, I was a bit disappointed with the fact that it didn't have a way to actually make my own creations. After some searching around on Google, I think I found a way to make things easier for myself but it took a few tries before I was able to get the hang of it. The first things that I made with MoCreatures were some simple decorations for my farm which I used to give the illusion that there were creatures living in them. It wasn't until I got to the Mining part of the mod that I realised how much of the experience it would actually give me - after all, I had always loved mining in the vanilla game and MoCreatures make it very easy to do.
The best part for me is that the mod supports both the Java and Minecraft versions, which means that if I want to play with it, I can do so seamlessly. This means that I don't have to learn any new codes or anything - it's as simple as copying paste. I think in the future there will be other more involved ways to allow the player to have more control over their creations but for now MoCreatures is a very good option for players who want to add a little bit of imagination and fun into their gameplay. Just make sure you know what you're doing before you start.
