Streamlined Ticket Issuance for Chilean Taxpayers
e-Boleta is a free multimedia application designed for Chilean taxpayers, enabling the digital issuance of exempt and sales tickets. This app facilitates compliance with local tax regulations by allowing users to send e-tickets via popular platforms like WhatsApp and email. Additionally, it supports the addition of authorized users, enhancing the efficiency of ticket issuance processes. Users can also submit daily sales summaries and e-tickets to the Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII), streamlining their tax obligations under Exempt Resolution No. 74 of 2020.
Despite its useful features, e-Boleta has some limitations, notably that report downloads are only available through its web version. Users have also reported issues with logging in and occasional crashes, which could hinder the overall experience. Designed specifically for SII-registered taxpayers with a Start of Activities, e-Boleta is a practical tool for managing ticket issuance, but improvements are needed to enhance its functionality and user experience.
