The Absentee Voters App is designed for managing voting activities for absentee voters, including senior citizens and physically disabled electors. This free Android application facilitates the entire voting process, starting from the preparation of the voter register to tracking the distribution and receipt of Form 12D. It features distinct logins for various official users, including Booth Level Officers (BLO), Returning Officers (RO), District Election Officers (DEO), and Chief Electoral Officers (CEO), ensuring a streamlined workflow during elections. The app allows for the generation of polling station-wise registers specifically for electors aged 85 and above, as well as for persons with disabilities. Utilizing existing data from the Election Registration Office (ERO) database, the app enables BLOs to efficiently manage the distribution and collection of necessary forms. Importantly, the application prioritizes user privacy by not collecting personal data or cookies, making it a secure tool for election management during designated election periods.
