Open Freely is a free, multi-format file viewer which can open and view all kinds of documents, including media files and Office documents. Open Freely has a sleek and simple interface that is easy to use, and the application will open a huge variety of standard formats, from Office documents to audio files, Windows system files and everything in-between. Open Freely also has some good tools, such as the ability to use hex editor to open files and gain access to all the data. The downside is that although there are approximately 100 different formats that are supported, Open Freely doesn't have many advanced functions.
