LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 is an officially licensed interactive video game based on the popular Harry Potter franchise. It was released in October 2021 and is one of the most highly rated games on all of the major consoles. The game follows the story lines of the books, featuring many of the characters from the Harry Potter series. It is also one of the more technologically advanced games on the market.
The game revolves around a boy who lives in the wizarding world named Harry Potter. He lives in the Diagon Alley, where he works as a young wanderer, battling evil and helping his friends and colleagues along the way. Throughout the game, players move through various environments, completing mazes and quests, and interacting with others in the game to help them complete their goals. There are several different play modes available, including the Story mode, which feature prologue scenes from the fourth book of the Harry Potter series, The Half Blood Prince; the adventure mode, which involve solving puzzles and collecting items; and the challenging Trials mode, in which players use Harry's objects to solve puzzles or conquer challenges, ranging from finding potions to getting past genies.
As is the case with most video games, the game can be played with up to four players, although only two of them can actually connect with each other through the use of the Wii console. This means that there can be up to four people at once playing the game. However, if you do play the game with more than two people, it will be less likely that you will have great communication with your friends and family, as you cannot comment on each other's moves during the game. The online social features of the game are not available, however, so it is really a matter of communication online rather than offline that matters the most.
