Free phone unlocker for Windows
Screenshots
iToolab UnlockGo Android is a free app for Windows by iToolab Studio. Its developer touts it as an easy solution to bypass FRP on Samsung devices. Bear in mind this isn’t a phone screen unlocker like AnyUnlock; it’s more like PassFab Android Unlocker.
The name is slightly confusing since it’s a Windows tool, but has “Android” in its name. This is because you use it on your Windows PC, connecting your Android OS Samsung phone.
Its strength lies in its simplicity because you can bypass FRP with just a few clicks, unlike other apps where the process is more involved.
FRP Unlocking
iToolab UnlockGo Android allows you to unlock your phone, but let’s discuss FRP briefly for those who don’t know what this is. FRP means Factory Reset Protection, and is a security method for Android phones.
If your phone gets lost or stolen, this protection prevents others from unlocking it. It’s turned on by default, but you do have the option to switch it off in your Google profile. It asks to verify that you’re the owner using the Google Account previously synced on the device.
While this is a good security measure, it can be very troublesome for the legitimate user if they lose access to their account. That’s where apps like iToolab UnlockGo Android come to the rescue.
Other important features
iToolab UnlockGo Android not only helps you bypass FRP but also lets you remove screen locks such as the PIN, pattern, fingerprints and even face recognition.
There’s also a one-click factory reset for Android devices, which is much less cumbersome than other solutions, including the native one.
But perhaps more interestingly, when you unlock Samsung phones earlier than the S7 model, it allows you to do so without losing data.
An excellent tool
There are many apps that can do a similar job, but iToolab UnlockGo Android is one of the best. It’s easy to use, fast, and offers solutions for several issues. These topics are primarily for tech-savvy people, but this app makes them available to anyone.
The only thing you have to consider is that there’s a time-limited free version that allows you to try out all the paid features. After the trial ends, you can buy the full version or keep using the free version, which simply allows you to factory reset your phone.
