Building worship slides
EasyWorship is a desktop-based presentation suite that functions as a media control system for church service visuals. It features a unified library for lyrics, scriptures, and videos, along with a built-in scripture database for rapid keyword searches. The software supports multi-format playback, layered slide editing, PowerPoint integration, and multiple display outputs.
EasyWorship features a Presentation Editor that lets you create layered slides with alpha transparency, reflections, and motion backgrounds. It also integrates with PowerPoint through file parsing and supports multiple display outputs for simultaneous screen channel assignment, ensuring professional visual management for live environments and diverse worship service media needs.
The EasyWorship internal library engine indexes imported assets through metadata fields and folder references, maintaining relational links between playlists and stored media. The Song Library module parses lyric text, stores verse segments, and synchronizes entries with CCLI SongSelect through credential-based retrieval. Format handlers decode common audio, video, and image standards, while caching routines preload queued items to reduce transition delays during internally managed sequential playback.
Synchronizing CCLI song data
The integrated NDI transmission support sends and receives network video streams using designated channel names and resolution parameters. A Stage Display monitor renders an alternate output that includes current slide data, an upcoming slide preview, and timer information, independent of the main projection feed. Streaming configurations link with broadcasting software through capture outputs that expose the render surface as a selectable video source. Clock overlays remain synchronized continuously.
The mobile Remote Control interface communicates with the host system over local network connections using pairing codes. Input commands trigger slide navigation, playlist selection, and media playback states. The editor imports PowerPoint files by converting slides into internal objects. However, rendering limitations appear when advanced PowerPoint animations or unsupported fonts are detected, resulting in static slide substitution. Touch input mapping requires active session focus for control.
Media orchestration
EasyWorship runs on desktop systems and executes media presentation through database-driven asset control, multi-screen routing, and network signal exchange. It processes song text, scripture datasets, and video sources within a single runtime environment. NDI networking, mobile command input, and slide rendering operate as integrated subsystems. PowerPoint conversion omits unsupported animation layers. Mobile control requires shared network connectivity.
