Colin McRae Rally
Codemasters' Colin McRae Rally is a full-featured, online-only motorbike racing game that mixes elements of arcade, racer and simulation in a single game engine. The developers, Codemasters, have tried to provide a complete experience of a rally driving experience with the game's engine, but they also included many options not visible in other similar games. These options include the option of customizing your bike, controlling multiple players simultaneously, and taking part in multiple races at the same time. The graphics are very detailed, and this game features an impressive sound system with a number of sounds and music tracks from past Codemasters games. The game can be enjoyed both offline and online.
Colin McRae Rally was released in early 2021 for the PC. It is an updated version of the well loved Dirt II game that was previously available on the PlayStation 2, and the game's visuals are comparable to that of the earlier version. The new version includes all of the tracks from the previous versions as well as some new ones. This version of the game allows you to play with up to four players. You can race against the computer or a selection of other human players online, and the focus of the game is on getting your bike from start to finish as quickly as possible. However, because this is still a beta version of the game, the majority of the content is still missing, including the introduction trailer and the second part of the season three race.
Colin McRae Rally was developed by Codemasters and published by Microsoft for the Xbox. In the future, Microsoft is planning on releasing another version of the Xbox title called Project Natal, and Codemasters have confirmed that they are working on a new version of the Dirt game for release in the future. No specific release date has been given by Microsoft. You can find out more about the Colin McRae Rally game series by visiting our dedicated Polycount page.
