A Stunner of a Game - AirXoniX!
AirXoniX is a remake of the well-known Xonix game. In the old version you controlled an object, that moved across a screen with many monster-balls flying in it. The goal was to destroy the balls as far as possible from the invisible outer boundaries of your playing field. This game had a unique control scheme that kept the challenges alive even after many days of intense play.
In AirXoniX you get to choose between the old style game play and a full 3-D version that really bring the action to life. You are now free to do whatever you want while the ball is flying through the air and destroying anything in your path. You can slow the pace down whenever necessary or increase the speed of the airballs, so that you can actually destroy the ball before it reaches its predetermined goals. The special effects that are featured in this version are very impressive, giving a whole new look to what might have been an ordinary game.
The new version of the legendary Xonix arcade game has stunning special effects are strengthened by 3d sound effects, giving the whole thing a whole new feel. All versions of AirXoniX include a number of game achievements, providing more challenge and enjoyment to players. The online version has a special background music library to accompany the game, which gives it a more realistic feel as well.
