An e-wallet and third-party payment app
PayMaya is very similar to PayPal in that it acts as an online wallet that also allows you to send money to family, friends, and gaming platforms. Unlike PayPal, this e-wallet isn't accepted in stores, but you can pay for a MasterCard, which will be accepted in most online and offline stores.
It is similar to a prepaid debit card service, except that you do not have to maintain a balance; you do not have to pay maintenance fees if you opt for the basic service. Plus, you do not have to have the MasterCard if you don't want it. Used primarily for gaming and sending payments, it can also be used for budgeting, just like the Accounting Ledger app.
