Fans of the original will fall in love with its sequel. The gameplay is the same, featuring a simple task of matching three or more candies by switching them around the pattern. The trick is that you can do this in a limited number of turns.
The game added more levels set in various worlds. Plus, King introduced the option of challenging your friends to beat your score on Facebook, making it more competitive.
Great audio and visuals
The gameplay is super simple and features almost no learning curve. New players will see candies shuffle or shimmer to hint at your best next move.
The graphics in this version are better than ever. The characters are even cuter, the candies shinier, and the explosions extra gratifying. Besides the quality of the picture, the sound effects are also well done.
Simplistic game mechanics
Candy Crush Soda Saga is as addictive as a game gets. The improvements in the graphics and audio are evident in comparison to similar titles in the franchise. It's only a shame that the players didn't get a new mechanic or two to spice things up.
