Visual BCD Editor is a fully featured graphical user interface (GUI) editions of Microsoft Windows credit file automation utility. It is the very first GUI tool ever to implement full-fledged editing of Windows boot configuration data (BCD). The new feature allows one to manipulate the Windows registry directly from the editor.
