Snipshot Graphics Editor
Snipshot is by far one of the coolest and most impressive graphics editing programs that I have come across yet since it allows you to do away with opening up a separate graphics editing program just for simple edits to photos. In addition, you can immediately save it in JPG or GIF format and even upload them to your Facebook page. You also can import images from your own computer or from an internet photo gallery, e.g. Flickr.
Snipshot has an incredible user interface. The interface is divided into a few categories namely: Current Pictures, Favorites, General, Keyboard and Keyboards, Colors and Filters, and Maps. The current pictures and favorites section allows you to import pictures from your digital camera. In the General section, you can import from your Flickr, Picasa, Yahoo! Gallery and many other online services. With the keyboard and keyboards section, you can easily access the various commands and functions such as inserting a picture, adding text, changing size, clearing background, restoring red eye, adjusting brightness and color, and changing the color theme etc.
In addition, Snipshot contains several useful features that allows you to take different kinds of action including merging, rearranging, and renaming of folders. With the latest version of Snipshot, you are also given the power to edit title and description. Snipshot can also export to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint so that you can create a new document in a matter of few clicks. One of the main drawbacks of Snipshot is that its video option seems to be missing. However, the developers are working on this section so that it will come out soon for the latest version of Snipshot.
