How to Use Shutdown8 to Manage a Computer

Shutdown8 is a small application that enables you to put the normal shutdown, logoff, restart, sleep or hibernation menu on the desktop and choose the desired Shutdown, Logoff, restart, hibernation or freeze instead. With the simple click of a button, users can activate or deactivate their computer, switch user to another user, change display settings, lock screen and overall system settings. Most importantly, shutdown applications are extremely user friendly. Many users will be able to perform the same actions in less than 5 minutes. With the Windows interface, which includes all the standard Windows utilities, you can start running your applications more smoothly.
The beauty of Shutdown8 is the fact that you can perform the same functions as some of the famous third party tools. For example, the well known Hibernate, a tool that hibernates your PC until Windows can restart. This is the ideal way to go if you are going to attend a long event or meeting without your PC remaining online. And when it comes to shutting down your computer, most people would prefer to do it manually using the Windows Task Manager.
You can find more features in Shutdown8 than most other similar programs. For example, the Windows Task Manager allows you to manage multiple running tasks in a separate window. You can also set a particular task bar to activate all the time, or to turn off all the time. Another cool feature is the option to put up a toast message every time you shut down your PC. For some reason, this shows up as a toast in my screen. I guess it's meant to catch your attention.
