Recovery for Excel: Recovers Corrupted XLS Files
Screenshots
We've all encountered the nightmare scenario where an Excel sheet that we've worked on for hours and hours somehow corrupts and leaves us with nothing to show for all that hard work. If you've ever been in this horrible situation or are in it now then Recovery for Excel may save your bacon.
This latest version of Recovery for Excel now supports Microsoft Excel 2007 and is capable of recovering all of the version's features as well as previous ones. The program works very simply - just browse to the file you need to examine and it passes through 5 steps. First, it reads the file, then analyzes the data structure to find the error. It then prepares the data, recalculates it, and finally rewrites the file with what hopefully is a functioning file structure. The whole process takes a matter of seconds but unfortunately, this trial version does not let you recover the entire file - you have to upgrade to the full version to see whether it actually worked.
