Polarr Photo Editor 4 has been released for Windows 10, Mac and even on Android and iPad. This is version of Polarr which released only few weeks ago on Android and iOS. We are constantly working hard to making Polarr among the top photo editing programs around & we are very excited to bring feature parity to these other desktop platforms.
Like any other image editing software, Polarr also comes with several pre-installed tools such as Polarr Photo Editor, Polarr Color Effects, Polarr Backgrounds and Effects, Polarr Video, and even the standard features of Photoshop like blend modes, picture snapping and adjustment tools. It also offers a free version which is limited to only twenty-four filters. The free version does not have any type of interface. The reason for this is because the company who develops and markets this software is trying to get people to give feedback to help improve its future versions.
With all the tools available, one would think that polarr is just another image editing software, however it is not. While the tools are similar to others in other programs, the real power of polarr lies in its simplicity and the localizations it provides. Polarr gives users the ability to easily do things like adjust contrast, sharpen photos, create transitions and apply filters to images. Localizations in the photo editor to give users the ability to do things like change the color of an object based on the color of the background. It is quite impressive the work that goes into polarr editing. While it is free, the quality of the software will leave many wondering if it is worth the money.
