Peace Equalizer provides an Audio Processing Object user interface for Windows. You can use it to apply a variety of sound effects and filters to your system.

Peace Equalizer offers an almost unlimited selection of audio filters and graphic equalisers for Windows. If you use your PC to write music or are an audiophile, then it’s an essential piece of software.

Custom UI

The main interface for Peace Equalizer doesn’t boast any graphical bells and whistles: instead, you get a streamlined, straightforward and customisable layout. Simply click the green + symbol to add any control panel you want.

The modular interface can handle almost as many panels as you want, with the only real limit being your computer’s processing power. Peace Equalizer is also free and open-source, which means it’s possible to customise it even further.

Variety of audio options

Peace Equalizer can be used as a basic volume boost for Windows, but if you want to take full advantage of its features, there’s a vast selection from which you can choose. You can add a comment, control, basic filter, parametric filter, graphicequaliser or advanced filter.

Although there are plenty of media players available for Windows, like FX Sound Enhancer and PC Equalizer GUI, Peace Equalizer’s custom settings allow for complete control over what you hear. Want to change the delay time? Easy. Need to tweak the low-end of your speakers? Done.

Low CPU, high quality

Peace Equalizer works with Windows 7 onwards and, although its installation might cause a virus warning, this is a false positive. It may also cause conflicts with other audio settings and drivers, such as Windows microphone settings and ASIO. However, this doesn’t stop it from being a powerful and useful audio tool.
