- Download NeonDS for free! First, open up your favorite Web browser, in most cases you will use Firefox, IE or any other browser. Navigate to the site of your choice and open the Internet browser of your choice. Navigate to the site of the free downloadable application of your choice. Click on the Download button and save the file to your computer. Or if you prefer you could save it to your selected save point in the computer.
- Open up the Windows Mobile emulator. To do this, touch and hold on the Neon DS icon on the task bar. It will take you to a screen that will prompt you to connect the device. Once you have done so, touch and hold on the Download button on the upper right corner of the screen. A dialogue box will appear and you will have to select the download option. Once you have completed the download process, touch and hold on the Download button again to start the emulator.
