Use FlicFlac to Rip MP3 Files
FlicFlac is a great piece of software that anyone interested in music should look into. If you have ever wondered if it was possible to rip music to lossless files, then FlicFlac might be your answer. It's a simple to use piece of software, which takes the guesswork out of converting MP3's or other file types into lossless audio files. For example, if you wanted to create a song for your iPod, you would simply rip the track to lossless audio format and then use FlicFlac's intuitive interface to convert that data into a Flic formatted WAV file. This process would be incredibly quick, but what if you want to create a song on your Zune?
Well, with the Zune, you are given the ability to use a simple conversion program to rip audio files from other devices, such as iPods and other digital devices, and also convert them to lossless wav format files that FlicFlac understands. It's all done in real time thanks to FlicFlac's extremely fast processor, which allows it to read audio files much quicker than you would be able to with other programs. FlicFlac also comes with a wide range of skins to use, which makes it very easy to customize your experience and gives you complete control over exactly how your media will be presented on your Zune. The user interface is cleanly designed and very easy to use, so even those who aren't that technically minded should be able to get a head start using FlicFlac and begin saving files in the quickest time possible.
To rip audio files in other formats, drag the audio file onto the FlicFlac window. Click "Open" to upload the file, then use the drop down menus to pick a preferred format. In most cases, FlicFlac will automatically detect the desired format and prompt you for the title and artist if necessary. Using FlicFlac allows you to rip a variety of audio formats, which makes it ideal for the Mac user as well as the Windows user.
