BMX Boy is a surprisingly challenging free BMX game for Android. The game features nice graphics and offers a variety of tricks and acrobatics to perform.
At first glance, BMX Boy may seem simple with its rounded characters and straightforward control method. Players press the left arrow to accelerate, the right arrow to jump, and collect prizes along the way. However, the game quickly becomes more challenging as players encounter obstacles that hinder their progress. Failing to make a jump or falling off the bike more than three times results in being eliminated from the game. Thankfully, there are frequent checkpoints throughout the courses, so players do not always have to start from the beginning. BMX Boy offers three levels that are unlocked as players progress.
One downside of BMX Boy is its clunky controls. While the instructions suggest pushing the left arrow to move forward, players actually need to tap constantly to gain the necessary speed for larger jumps. This constant tapping can become tiring and may deter some players.
Overall, if players can overlook the clunky controls, BMX Boy is an addictive and entertaining game that will keep them engaged for hours.
