All Ludo Star 2.0 is an updated version of the popular arcade game, which has been available as a free download on a number of mobile devices. This new version implements a number of new features, including the improved controls that are easier to use and respond to. The game is also compatible with a number of different currencies, which make exchanging money more convenient than ever. The Android Market is currently providing the application for download free of charge, although a purchasing version can be purchased from the Google Play Store for a price of $2.99.
The game was redesigned from the ground up by Californian mobile app developer MnR Studio Ltd, who believes that everyone playing should have a chance to score well and be awarded a star for their effort. Each level takes about thirty minutes to complete so it's recommended that players spend a while getting to know where all the shortcuts are before moving on to a more challenging level. All Ludo Star 2.0 is also filled with a wide variety of music types, including traditional guitar tunes, hip hop music, electronica, reggae, classic rock, Japanese music, and more. Many of the tracks have been remixed from the original game and feature completely new versions of the original sound effects. It's also worth mentioning that the game now supports a version of MFi remote control (version available to be downloaded from the Android Market for a nominal fee), so this means that those with the original console can also experience what Ludo feels like when played on a mobile device. While the controls in All Ludo Star 2.0 might not be entirely identical to the remotes of previous games, they do still follow a similar action gameplay, so that the game will feel like it is entirely tailored to the touchscreen interface.
It's clear that All Ludo Star 2.0 adds a lot to the already popular formula. With new characters, music, visuals, and game modes, it makes for a very strong package. MnR Studio Ltd certainly did a lot of work in updating this game to give it a new edge over the competition, but the question is whether their creativity will translate to quality game play. We'll have to see...
