Microsoft Compare It! 2.0
Screenshots
If you are a Windows or Mac user, you know how difficult it can be to find a program that lets you compare two Windows systems with its Compare It! software. Some programs let you do this, but only for a limited amount of data. Most programs take longer and require more resources than that, as it requires the computer to access and process the information that is being compared.
When you first launch Compare It! the program will prompt you to load two documents into a program file. Then it will open those files side-by-side, the differences are again highlighted, as has been mentioned before.
After the two files have been loaded, a wizard will open on the screen that lets you compare the files between them. You can choose from comparison views, allowing you to view the source file and the target pane side-by-side. You can even merge the files, rename them, and even copy a part of the text or HTML from one document to another. In addition, you can also set up target panes and specify a width and height for the virtual lines. is offer synchronization to an Exchange backup server. Synchronizing to Exchange Server will allow you to keep comparing documents without having to go through the process of adding, updating, or removing the files manually. This way, you can always be sure that your files are always up-to-date, regardless of what you're doing!
