Simple calculator software

Basic Calculator is a straightforward utility for performing simple calculations. While it doesn't bring much to the table, it's free and easy to use. This programme is excellent for people who don't enjoy all the bells and whistles.
Low-level math assistant
Basic Calculator lets you perform the four primary mathematical functions only: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
The memory of this tool lets you apply these functions sequentially to perform infinite calculations, as long as you stick to these four uses.
Although it's as simple as it gets, this programme takes its back-to-the-basics approach all the way, creating a streamlined, straightforward, and no-frills utility.
Clear UI
Basic Calculator's interface has the form of a square with 17 buttons. It boasts a numerical keypad, keys with the four essential mathematical functions, a decimal point, a clearing button, and an 'equals' sign.
All these are super easy to navigate, with large and readable buttons. This feature makes the programme great on a PC, where you have to use a mouse or touchpad.
It is also an excellent tool for partially-sighted people who find alternatives too challenging to use.
Designations
The small size of Basic Calculator means that you can run it on all editions of Windows PCs. It extends to cover iOS and Android smartphones, too.
However, all of these have built-in tools for this purpose already, and if you need a more scientific calculator, Texas Instruments or a similar title is the way to go.
Alternatively, if you want a simple tool for Mac devices, you can try Numi, a similar, albeit a bit more sophisticated, option.
Well-designed yet redundant
This little app is well-designed, and it performs its intended functions without a hitch. However, most devices have built-in calculators that can do more, and third-party apps with a plethora of extra features are also available. In that vein, this app is redundant, except if you particularly require such simplicity.
