If you choose to repair JPEG files, the process can take some time, depending upon the number of images and the degree of damage to them. Once completed, the repaired images are displayed in a separate window, to be previewed and saved accordingly. The second option is a great feature when a large number of corrupted files need to be recovered, as viewing thumbnails helps to spot which of the images should be recovered and which can be discarded. Overall, Stellar Photo Repair is a lightweight app that consumes a small amount of system resources. It is very easy to use and has an intuitive interface that has a simple, straightforward design, which is easy to navigate. *Note: This version of Stellar Photo Repair is capable of recovering corrupt JPEG files, but the recovered images have an embedded watermark. The registered version will recover your images without the watermark.
