G5 Entertainment AB has developed a new game called Virtual City Playground. This game combines the best elements of Sandbox mode and puts them into a standalone game. With a blank canvas, players can build their dream city. A city planner is available to provide guidance and advice on city layout. As you progress, there are optional quests to complete, such as increasing population, making money, and constructing specific buildings. Completing these quests will earn you great rewards.
The gameplay in Virtual City Playground differs from the original game. Here, players must build the city from scratch, with each level having its own unique characteristics. The missions are more focused on constructing buildings and routing trucks. The game provides an excellent tutorial and offers a sandbox mode for players to freely build and manage their city.
The economy in Virtual City Playground is more complex compared to the original game. Buildings and workers are expensive, and players must carefully balance five major parameters to succeed.
