PicPick Portable is a handy image capturing tool with image editing capabilities, perfect for everyday tasks. It is a small and quick program that does not require installation. With PicPick Portable, you can capture the image on your monitor in several ways, including full screen, active window, and user-defined area. In addition to its image editing features, PicPick Portable also offers useful tools like a color picker, a magnifier, and a pixel ruler.
