It also removes red eye, smears, and other visual disturbances.
To use Noise Ninja, you will need to download and install the program, then open Noise Ninja up in Photoshop and click the "oggles" icon in the upper right-hand corner. Click the Browse button and choose the picture that you want to remove the noise from. If you have multiple images to remove the noise from, choose the one with the highest level of noise (it may be the oldest image). Click the "new" button at the bottom of the screen to create a new profile. You will be given several options: adjust volume, apply mask, adjust background, and apply blend.
You will need to click on each profile name to customize it, and when finished make sure you click OK.
