Use HouseCall on XP - It's a great tool that offers many features that allow you to stay in touch with family and friends. Now, download HouseCall from this site and save it onto your desktop:
The HouseCall application will appear; click on the first link that is displayed. Now, wait for the HouseCall software to download all the required components for your computer to run successfully. There are various scans that can be conducted as part of the installation process - these scans will detect any potential threats to your system and show them in order of their importance.
HouseCall will identify any viruses or Trojans that are trying to infect your computer - these are usually shown in an order of their difficulty in removing. The easiest threats are typically found in the Hidden C folder, which is located in the Start Menu at the bottom-right of your screen. You should also make sure that there are no malicious applications hanging around at the start menu as well, to prevent viruses and Trojans from starting as you use HouseCall.
