A Stroke of Fate: Operation Valkyrie is a detective adventure game set in historical surroundings. The game revolves around the famous plan of the German Resistance to overthrow the tyrannical Nazi government, known as Operation Valkyrie. In the game, you play as Standartenfuhrer Gerhard Mayer, a patriot who works in Reich Security Head Office. He learns that Gestapo has tracked down the conspirators and does everything possible to help the Resistance to overthrow the Nazi regime and stop the war.
The game boasts photorealistic high-definition graphics that make for a full immersion into historical atmosphere, with an option to play in black and white movie style. The wonderfully detailed locations and dozens of characters add to the depth of the game. Additionally, there are spy mini-games to keep you engaged and entertained.
