How Does True Phone Dialer Work?

True Phone Dialer is a program which is used to record phone calls made by a telephone customer into text files for future use. This application will not record incoming calls, but will work in the background, recording the actions of the customer and then storing them for you. Some versions of True Phone Dialer are web-based, while others require installation of a special Java-based software bundle on the phone itself. These software bundles vary widely from one mobile platform to the next, and it's worth checking with the manufacturer of your device to find out if you need a specific version.
The software will then allow you to download the recorded phone call onto your computer so that you can view it on your smartphone or tablet. You can then edit the messages that are captured, rename the phone numbers, add call log notes and even create new voice prompts. You can also choose to receive automated messages - these will come in the form of text alerts and will prompt you each time an upcoming call comes through.
You can also export the recorded calls into files for upload into speech recognition software, so that you can create voice CDs or playlists. True Phone Dialer can also be used as a virtual agent: it will place your appointments for you and will call your cell phone when you're away from home, to ensure that your work commitments aren't interrupted by missed calls. It can even make calls using your voice, should you give the command.
