The Sims 3: Pets is actually an update to the game The Sims 3: City Generations. While the first two games were on Nintendo DS, Wii and 3DS, now this game is solely available on 3DS. This game will be using the same basic formula as the other Sims games. The only difference here is that now you can play as the different pets. This is a great feature for fans of the previous games but new players who don't yet have any of the previous versions will find this version of The Sims games interesting.
