Developed by Bitel, the free Smart Cusco app is a great way to stay connected when you’re in the Peruvian city of Cusco. This social and communication app hosts a roster of handy features like Citizen Report, News, Digital Map, and a Contact directory.

One of the key features of the Smart Cusco app is the Citizen Report feature. With this, not only can you report any incidents you witness in the city, but you can also stay informed about issues reported by other citizens, promoting a community-centered approach to problem-solving. Meanwhile, the News feature keeps you in the know about the latest in Cusco; and, the Digital Map highlights the main public services in the city. You can also tune into the real-time security camera feeds. Only the city of Cusco is covered by the app, though, so its scope is rather limited.
