Shadow Fight is a basic fighting game mixed with some RPG elements. It uses the standard tournament style fighting system with boss encounters once the player has levelled up enough from beating the standard AI.
Graphics and Designs
Overall, the graphics for the game are decent. It’s based on an older style, which means the characters are not very distinct from each other, especially in the tournaments. Although, the main screen retains a relaxed rustic Asian vibe.
Controls and Combat
There is only one control system: two touch screen joysticks. They’re usually responsive; however, sometimes they do bug out or respond too slowly. The combat often is quite tricky, so this problem can break the game when it happens frequently.
Features and ads
Shadow Fight 2 does have a well-balanced advancement system which can keep you entertained for months. It is never too easy to lose engagement. However, the ads have been steadily increasing in the most recent updates, taking away some of the fun.
The Shadow Fight series has been going for some time now, and when it came out, it was on the top of the market. Unfortunately, as time has gone on, the controls and graphics have stagnated in updates, and the ads are increasing. If you are looking for a fun Asian-style action game, Shadow Fight 2 still is a good pick.
