SpongeBob SquarePants Monopoly is an excellent basic, trial version downloadable game only available for Windows, which is also part of the category PC downloadable games with sub-category Board Games (specifically Monopoly). It is available for consumers with the current operating system Windows XP, and previous versions. The game comes with many features including many types of boards, purchasing options, purchasing mode, playing options, and game variations.
This is one of the earliest and most enjoyable games on the Nintendo DS. The SpongeBob version has a number of features not found on other models, including the ability to purchase properties and place bids on them from the website interface, which is accessible by inserting your e-mail address and password. The user interface is very similar to that of the other versions of the DS console, including the touch screen and button controls. The interface allows quick access to your stored purchases, and there are options to "Save to Card" and "Share". Although these two features are already available on most competing gaming consoles, it is interesting that the manufacturer chose to include them with the SpongeBob version of the DS.
The game comes with a number of expansion packs, such as Bunk Beds and Villains packs that can be used to develop your board based on your personal strategy and style. You can use these packs to create additional characters or change the board you are playing on at any time. The addition of SpongeBob SquarePants to the equation makes for an exciting and fun experience, that can be played with friends and family or even by yourself.
