EVA by Tata Communications is a mobile-only platform designed to provide a world-class user experience to all employees in Tata Communications. This integrated and intuitive portal aims to offer an enhanced HR experience by providing access to all the services delivered by the various HR sub-functions. With a focus on flexibility, EVA allows employees to choose from a range of services that are presented as widgets, enabling them to customize their experience based on their specific needs.
Tata Communications Limited has developed a multitude of portals to serve its employees' HR needs, ranging from complex career planning platforms to basic leave management systems. However, the lack of congruence between these portals has created a dissonance in user experience. EVA seeks to address this issue by providing a single, unified platform where employees can find everything HR-related. Using the Design Thinking methodology, EVA has been meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of Tata Communications employees. By offering a seamless and comprehensive HR experience, EVA aims to enhance employee satisfaction and streamline HR processes.
