Kickserv is a cloud-based CRM app that helps SMB’s automate their primary processes, in order to improve customer satisfaction, increase productivity, and maximise profits.


The service has been designed primarily for service-related industries in order to give business owners a way to keep their back office updated, while their employees are out in the field. Opportunities can be scheduled from the office or in the field, and any estimates and invoices can be issued and paid from any supported mobile device.

Kickserv’s platform includes various modules for job management, scheduling, estimates, invoicing, and CRM. Real-time syncing with QuickBooks ensures that a business’s financial data, such as items, contracts, invoices, and payments are updated as they happen.

Advanced Scheduling & Calendars
A really cool feature of Kickserv is the calendar. Kickserv’s calendar allows for drag-and-drop appointments, and dynamic calendar filtering, whilst color-coded calendars help field technicians see quickly what appointments are scheduled in their immediate schedule.

The calendars allow you to view time frames in a daily, weekly, or monthly view. Whereas the Color-coded features allows you to see which types of service calls are most in demand and which field technicians have the busiest schedules. From a management perspective, this information is invaluable, as it provides all the data required to review employee availability and reschedule appointments.

QuickBooks Two-Way Syncing
With QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop sync, Kickserv provides business with a seamless way for users to accurately maintain their accounts across multiple platforms. By updating contacts, and invoice and payment data via Quickbooks, there is no need to manually enter the task elsewhere; everything syncs flawlessly, keeping your back office up to date.

A key feature of Kickserv is the seamless integration with QuickBooks. This cannot be under emphasised, as the ability to eliminate double entry book keeping is a massive time saver. Kickserv also offers iCal support to provide users with a way to access a subscription feed to all of their scheduled events from calendars such as Outlook and Google.


Kickserv operates a subscription pricing model and has an number of pricing plans to choose from, starting at $29 for two users per month, rising to $134 for 20 users per month. A business that has more than 20 employees has the option to choose to add services in increments of five-user packs. These are priced at $15 per pack.
