Krunker (PlayStation 4) is an action-packed, slow-mo arcade game with great sound and visuals. In Krunker, players take on the roll of a Krunker, an armored tank-like robot who must protect earth from marauding robots. The hero of Krunker is a young girl named Amber, who leads a team of rebels as they fight against the greedy bosses of Krunker and their equally evil counterparts. This fighting team makes use of a variety of weapons and vehicles throughout the course of the game. Players also have the opportunity to buy, repair and hang onto different parts of the Krunker during battle. For example, Amber can repair her weapon and then store it for later use or she can hang onto the bullet that has jammed into the chamber of her gun.
The player earns money and level up throughout the game, acquiring new skills and power-ups that help her in her fight against Krunker and its various enemies. The action in this browser game is quite fast and there are many different weapons, vehicles and items that players need to utilize in order to succeed. Players can choose between using a shotgun, machine gun, flamethrower, vertical jump and laser. A unique feature of Krunker is that one can play with the keyboard or the mouse.
To play Krunker, one just needs to go to the Krunker website through an internet browser, register and pick up the controller of their choice to start playing. Some versions of the game support flash as well, which enables a greater range of interesting effects such as explosions, particles and more. There are also some cool features like the ability to select a certain player in the game and even challenge them to a battle.
