doubleTwist is a simple and intuitive app that allows you to copy and share files on your mobile, gaming, photo and audio devices with your Mac.
DoubleTwist offers a universal interface to manage photos, music and videos for most popular phones, gadgets and devices and we continuously work on adding new ones. IT lets you sync iTunes playlists or podcasts to your BlackBerry, Sony PSP, Android G1, LG phones such as the Viewty and Shine, Sansa players.

Although doubleTwist has a nice interface, with a simple layout and design, it is prone to a few bugs and has some limitations. The app is rather old and is not being actively developed.
